According to the National Bank registry, 4 companies hold a licence to exchange unbacked digital assets: Pax Finance, AUSU, Senim digital Finance and Impact Finance.
Why check an exchanger's licence?
A licensed operator is supervised by the National Bank, verifies its clients and must handle complaints and compensate damage caused by its fault. Unlicensed exchangers give no such guarantees.
