What is Cold wallet
A way of storing crypto where keys never touch an internet-connected device.
Most often this is a hardware wallet: a device that signs transactions internally. Hacking it over the internet is practically impossible.
Buy a hardware wallet only from the official manufacturer. If the box contains a pre-written seed phrase, it is a scam.
